Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Savor AI, an iOS app made by Luxe Security Inc ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Savor AI, you agree to them.

The service

Savor AI is a calorie and macro tracker that uses an on-device AI model to identify food from photos, plus manual logging, a food database, Apple Health sync, and an on-device coaching chat. Manual logging is free. Savor AI Pro adds AI features for a subscription fee.

Subscription and billing

Savor AI Pro is $9.99 per month, with a lower-cost annual option, and a 7 day free trial. All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store, not by us directly. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Not medical advice

Savor AI is a wellness and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the on-device coach is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Talk to a healthcare provider about your specific health needs, especially before making significant changes to your diet.

Acceptable use

Use Savor AI only for its intended purpose of personal food and fitness tracking. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or redistribute the on-device AI model, and don't use the app in a way that disrupts it for other users.

Your content

You own the meals and notes you enter into Savor AI. Because processing happens on your device and we don't operate a server that stores it, we don't hold a copy of your content and can't access, edit, or restore it on your behalf, that data lives on your device and, if you enable it, your own iCloud. Meal photos aren't part of that: they're processed on-device to read nutrition info and then discarded, so there's nothing to own or restore.

Intellectual property

Savor AI, its design, and its branding belong to Luxe Security Inc. Competitor names mentioned on our website or in the app are used only for factual comparison and belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Savor AI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nutrition estimates, including AI-identified foods and portions, are estimates and may be inaccurate, review them before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Security Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Luxe Security Inc agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute arising from these terms or Savor AI.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
